Accepted credit cards
La Ti Da Boutique accepts the following credit cards for internet purchases: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will not be charged until your order is processed. Special orders are charged when orders are placed.
Shipping
We ship via UPS: Ground and 2nd Day Air. Other shipping options are available upon request*. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a signature upon delivery of all of our orders. Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We only ship Monday through Friday. Delivery charges are as follows:
UPS Ground - $10 Flat Fee
UPS 2nd Day - $25 Flat Fee
*Fees for other shipping methods will be quoted upon request.
Merchandise Orders
Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation number from La Ti Da Boutique. All products, services and information made available on or through this web site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Gift Wrapping
If you are purchasing a gift from La Ti Da Boutique, we would be happy to wrap it for you! There is a $3 charge for gift wrapping.
Returns
La Ti Da Boutique will gladly exchange or issue a store credit for unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt within 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise. All evening wear, jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, sale merchandise, and altered merchandise are a FINAL SALE regardless of proof of purchase. Final sales are necessary to ensure the highest level of quality in all of our merchandise. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.
You can be confident that your La Ti Da Boutique purchase has never been worn by someone else or been hung in someone else’s closet before you own it. This in turn, is the advantage of shopping at La Ti Da Boutique; where as at a department store your garment may have already been purchased, gone on a blind date, a walk in the park, and then returned. We at La Ti Da Boutique pride ourselves in extending you personal attention, expertise in our field, and integrity in service.
Footwear returns and exchanges
We are unable to accept or exchange any returned items which are scratched or dirty. We ask that you try on any footwear for fit and size on carpeted surfaces only until you are certain that you will be keeping them. Please be aware that the designer shoebox is considered part of the whole product and the same terms apply. For this reason please make sure the shoebox is placed in protective packaging when returning the item.
Special orders
Please inquire about special orders (based on availability of the item). There will be a $10 special order fee on all special order purchases. Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Special orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of being placed. Payment is required in order for the actual special order to be placed with the designer. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Your online transactions with La Ti Da Boutique are secure. We use SSL technology, allowing safe internet transmission. This makes your use of a credit card over the internet as safe as placing an order over the telephone when calling our store.
